Details

The silk twill used for the fabric is made with raw silk for both the warp and weft threads.

While weaving threads are usually twisted to prevent breakage, the threads used here are only gently twisted (referred to as "combined twisting") to preserve the natural sheen and characteristics of the silk.

As a result, the fabric is carefully woven using a shuttle loom.

The printed pattern, featuring intricate multicolor designs, is meticulously aligned by hand to prevent any misprinting, showcasing exceptional artisan craftsmanship.
