vowels ships everywhere in the World, and we usually process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order. You will receive an email including the link to track your parcel shortly after we arrange your shipment. Please note that during promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process can take up to 3-4 business days.
We hope you love everything that you order from us, but don't worry if something isn't quite right. You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to open a return request to return your item(s). We currently do not offer exchanges.
For customers in the United States, we offer complimentary return labels. To receive a return label for your order please email info@vowels.net.
For customers outside of the United States, please email info@vowels.net to begin your order return. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions won't be eligible for refund and we will need to send them back to you. Please allow up to two weeks for refund processing.
You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return your item(s). Once you open your return request, you have 14 days to send your item(s) back to us.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide all necessary shipping information for you to complete your return. You will need to repack the item(s) and mail them back to us.
